Warranty/Returns/Consigment Sales Policy

Warranty Policy:

All new products purchased from Bass Southwest are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event that you experience a warranty issue, Bass Southwest Bass will be happy to assist you in working with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. In certain cases, the item can be returned to Bass Southwest for repair or replacement. All new instruments, used gear and floor models are tested before shipping, and guaranteed to be fully operational unless otherwise stated.

Consignment Sales:

Bass Southwest will accept certain gear for consignment, on a case-by-case basis.
After your item sells and the buyer’s return period has ended, you will receive 75% of the final selling price via cash or check.

Return Policy:

All instruments are accurately described. Bass Southwest will provide video and audio samples upon request. Bass Southwest is also available to discuss any purchase.  Bass Southwest guarantees you will be 100% satisfied with every aspect of your purchase therefore we encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish. All Sales are final. Layaway policy will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Bass Southwest realized the costs of instruments and equipment is why we offer a layaway policy.
